Dancing on the burner

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

This is not about trying to keep warm on a cold night.  The burner can hurt us if we touch it.  The questionable choices seen daily by the masses amount of people are outstandingly dumbfounding.

When I go to the gym, my plan is to train and be better.  It is not a competition but a goal.  The gym is not my life but an aspect to help me enjoy my quality of life.  I enjoy moving and seeing people.  Playing is a passion that helps make me who I am.

I witness many people wearing a knee brace, ankle brace, low back brace, wrist brace, and I am sure soon there will be a whole body brace.  There is a purpose for a brace, but that purpose is not to allow the addiction for further destruction.  The brace when being used in this manner is no different than a mouth full of anti-inflammatory drugs to get through the workout.

What you cannot see can hurt you

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

How many of you can remember being forced or told to clean your plate?  Or how about, you are not leaving the table until the plate is finished?  Funny thing is, we didn’t load the plate, yet were scolded for not eating it all.  How did our parents know how much to put on or what to put on our or their plate?  Did they temporarily forget we have unique individual needs?  Or are they ignorant to that fact of individual needs?

Many people just randomly pick foods for a meal.  There is thought to the preparation and presentation, but there is little to no understanding what they should be eating.  The stomach receptors are also compromised which delays the signal of full in many adults and children.  It is more common in adults.

Do as I say not as I do

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

This bullying mentality is apparent at every level of humanity.  The general tells the soldier to run straight into enemy fire, but would he?  Not very likely.   The politicians vote for war but their child doesn’t go, the children of the people that voted the politician in go.  Speak or preach peace and love while walking with a sword and forcing a book and soliciting ideas on another.  If they choose to be left alone, they get fear mongered and struck by the sword.  How hypocritical.  The Doctors tell many people to take a drug or vaccine or get a surgery, yet I know many that won’t use that drug, wouldn’t and don’t take the vaccine and avoids surgery.  The teacher/coach tells the student/player to push harder while they sit in their chair yelling like a slave master.  The parent tells the child to go to bed, clean their room, yet the parent stays up late and their car is a garbage site.

It is easy to tell others what to do, but hard to do it.  When did this self-appointed authoritative dictatorship start?  Just obey, do what you are told, but please don’t point out, I the authority isn’t doing it or you will be punished.  Be a sheep keep your head down and stay in-group formation, now.

Expert on paper

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

Today everyone believes in paper, whether that is in their wallet, on the wall from a university or a course to say they can now all of a sudden do a skill.  These paper ideas have created many boxes and separations.  The papers in the wallet create a separation of have and have not.  The papers from schooling all of a sudden have a body behind it, an authoritative figure and a title.

This is a travesty that needs to be corrected.  What certification does a pro athlete have?  Are they a professional?  Are they a professional because they are proficient in their skill due to their experience more so than their paper standing?

No one needs a title to be someone.  I would suggest if they need a title to be respected than there is a reason they are not getting the respect.  I am believer in you will know them by their fruits.  Anyone can talk but not many can walk their talk.

Time heals everything

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

This is a great statement but does it have validity?  In some cases yes, in many cases no.  The some yes cases are when the mind is involved and the trauma doesn’t create too much of a shock, this goes the same for the body.  These are minor mental misunderstandings or little bruises to the body.  These little hiccups don’t drain the individual from their life force.  They have the ability to overcome without much external support.

The many cases of no, are when there is too much shock experienced by the body and/or mind, it can create such a deficit that time will not heal it.  It may be measured in time, but the body requires resources and the mind information. People just say it to get the person to look into the future and forget about now, a form of distraction.  The more often they do this the individual will become addicted to distraction and resolving real pain.  This is a drug quick fix mentality.

Climbing the proverbial mountain

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

Upon waking up each day there are many choices and actions to be taken.  We all have different agendas, work hours and obligations to tend to.  One thing I can assure you, by the day’s end you will have made a lot of choices and did some things.

When waking in the morning we don’t know how the day is going to end, but we will.  No one just shows up at the top of the mountain.  There are many steps to get there, many obstacles and tough choices.  Let’s say the top of the mountain is the result of the steps and choices.

When someone gets diagnosed with cancer, coronary heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or diabetes, the list is virtually endless, they are at the top of the mountain. The top of the mountain is result from the steps taken.

Soup or salad

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

We all eat foods that taste different.  That is different temperatures.  That has different textures.  Have different preparation time. Have different ingredients.

What is the difference between soup and salad?  Ok, that might be easy but looking at them we will as see there is a profound hidden truth to the simplicity of life situations.

The soup can be as simple as a broth, to as complex as everything but the kitchen sink type.  The common ingredients will be water, salts or minerals and spices.  After those foundations there can be pasta, in the form of noodles or shells to name a couple.  The preparation of vegetables chosen is a variable that takes some time.  The soup may or may not need to be heated.  Let’s choose to have warm soup to allow all the ingredients to amalgamate together.  This amalgamation will take time. A formula for the soup is ingredients + preparation + cooking temperature, over time will create the soup.

Is trust something that feels good?  Is it from logic and sound understanding of observation and experience?  Is it something we do just because of authority or a title?  Why is it given easily to many, yet a shock when it was misgiven?

Trust is the key ingredient of any relationship.  What if trust is a feeling from sound understanding from observation and experience that might or might not come from an authority or titleholder?

Is trust based on truth?  What is truth?  Is there an absolute truth or is it all relative?  Is it true that our body needs oxygen?  Is it true that the sun gives life and energy to all it reaches?  Are those aforementioned forms of absolute truth based on theory and application?  Is it true that drugs save life or do they delay death and the measurement was premature, as the causation of injury/ailment was not addressed?  What about the drug that saved someone’s life and the same drug caused death in another, can that drug be trusted?  Is there truth to the drug?

Believe what you will

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

What makes life so interesting is the uniqueness of each of us.  How we express. How we look.  What we believe and why, who told us the information?

We all have our beliefs of what is good and bad, god or no god, fear or love even down to what our name is.  I have heard and been told several interesting things daily as I am sure you the reader has.

I am the one that will ask the question, why or how they know.  Many choose not to ask because of fear of conflict.  I look for understanding and resolution.  I ask because I am aware I may not be correct.  This is a test of the ego.  The ego is addicted to thinking its right and it ways is right.  It rarely likes to be asked to define and offer understanding to the other person.  The sensitive or fractured ego will take this personal and try to do its best to drop a smoke screen to avoid exposure of ignorance.

Micro to metaphysics

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

Everything we can see, hear, feel, smell, taste and think of is a form of physics.  Micro is the singular or individual component.  Meta is the collective or community component.

The concepts I am going to offer for consideration are individual belief system and collective creation belief system.  The meta-physics is the overarching principle that doesn’t change.  How it is applied can be unique to each individual but the principle doesn’t change.  For example, the principle law of cause and effect.  This is an application for all.  How and what for the individual can be vastly different for each but will still be part of the meta-physical principle.

Within the micro-physics is the physical realm or any realm with a body.  This is where the 5 primary senses are dominant for many.  Here there are human bodies, trees, animals, and rocks and really anything that has density greater than gas.

The truth of business

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

The truth is daunting for many.   For some the saying goes “truth is stranger than fiction”.

Quite often a fantastic deflection heard is, that is your truth or truth is relative.  Consider these are actions of a manipulator.  That is not suggesting there is awareness, willingness, or intent to the manipulation.  As a collective, we all become accustomed to our worldview and safety of the reality we create.  Many don’t want to hear that what they are doing is not working or they cannot afford something.  The child in them starts collecting their toys, net, ball and are already leaving the conversation.

They want to get what they want but not hear what they need.  They think they know what they need.  That is why they asked for it.  So they wanted poison from a fast food chain because that’s what they need?  They want to hurt themselves?  I have observed and listened to conversations such as, “I am paying for a service and I want what I want”.  Whether that is a bank loan, pharmaceutical drug, new car or as simple as a drink, they want it now if not yesterday.  They don’t like to be controlled, yet they are out of control.  The perception of control is within their mind projecting out.  The bearer of rational thinking and truth usually gets the wrath.
